I started with these vets in 2019 and they saved my dog Ella, she had an autoimmune disorder and needed a blood transfusion and without Joe and Cathal she would not of survived as I was after dealing with 5+ other vet practices who never found the issue.
I highly recommend this practice, they go above and beyond for every single animal. This is the only vets I use and will recommend.

The clinic is lovely. Dr Michael, the receptionist, and everyone there were so kind and caring. I felt very comfortable and supported. Even though the cat is very shy and not used to people yet, he was treated with so much patience and kindness.

Incredibly caring team that dealt with our dogs issue efficiently and with consideration. It was out of hours, quick and we still had him home that night. He was like a new dog the day after, so happy again. Thanks so much to everyone!
Excellent vet. Huge difference between here and a basic vet. Really good information and advice. Our vet was talking about putting our dog down. Blackpool never mentioned it. Dog has never been better.
My experience at Blackpool Veterinary Hospital was a positive one. We were seen at very short notice with our sick hamster. Unfortunately, he didn't make it but everything was done to try and save him. I'd like to thank Joe our vet particularly for being so kind and understanding and professional.
The cost was also reasonable and even though our little hamster didn't make it, we felt looked after.
Blackpool vetanary hospital has shown our poodle Nellie the greatest care, we travel over two hour to get there and it's worth every minute they are so kind and even remembered her name, I will be eternally grateful for there skill and expertise curing Nellie's broken leg.

Thank you to Joe for getting our lab X Ollie in for a CT scan a few months back on the day we brought him in, with his expertise and regular meds Ollie had a bit of extra quality time , he passed away at home peacefully today and he fought to the end.
I recently had the pleasure of bringing my dog, Sadie, to see Joe and his team, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for their exceptional care. After nearly six to seven weeks of Sadie struggling without any progress, I was growing increasingly worried. However, since our visit almost three weeks ago, Sadie has made a remarkable recovery and is now thriving.
Joe's dedication and the time he spent with Sadie that morning were outstanding. The difference in her well-being is incredible, and I truly appreciate the exceptional care she received. The trip from Killarney was absolutely worth it.
