I won a pressotherapy session with Natalie and it was amazing. She is very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout. My legs felt lighter straight after and I noticed less bloating. Highly recommend!See you soon! Xx

I have been to bewitched hair salon several times. Usually it all goes ok but this time when all I wanted was a tone for my blond and a soft cold brown for my roots to keep me tied over till my next highlights appointment. I also asked for a V cut with all hair ends at the one level. My roots were died far darker than my natural colour and with a warm undertone. When i tried to explain after the service that I was not happy and would like a refund since the colour and cut were both wrong I was told no damage was done, keeping washing the dye out and i was wrong and they matched rhe colour to my roots as if idon't know my own hair colour and since I didn't want them to do anymore to my hair they refused the refund. I am so disappointed by the level of customer care and as a beauty therapist myself, i would never have a client out of pocket because of a mistake in salon. They are refusing to take any responsibility and say I knew all of this before getting my hair done. Below are pictures of the cut and the colour I ended up with, may I also add i asked could we work towards making my hair much blonder in my next appointment but somehow I ended up being the darkest I have ever been.
