I had a fantastic experience with Dr Chris and nurse Zoe on both my last visits. I feel quite anxious having anything done with my teeth but the team, and the staff at reception put me completely at ease. I had a retainer made and it was amazing quality, not even comparable to the one my original orthodontist had given me. I also had a scale and polish which was fast and painless. Would highly recommended this clinic to anyone

I don’t want to get in to the back & forth, but please know this I’m the customer & I know what good treatment feels like so take it on board. What happened to customers opinions. Like I previously stated a fixed retainer should not snap 6x times if fitted properly in the first place. This is unheard of. To refuse to fix it without paying a fee of 220! is bad form on your behalf. If it broke years later I would understand & pay but you know how many times it broke. Week after week. Despicable, the absolute discomfort I’ve experienced & inconvenience is shocking..!!! All dentists in the clinic are extremely nice ppl kind & welcoming, but the work could be to a better standard . The manager is not great to deal with at all.

From the receptionist to the Implantologist/prosthodontist and his assistant I was made to feel very relaxed and every step of the process of “part 1” of my implant procedure explained and communicated every step of the way. I was extremely nervous but the team did everything to reassure me every step of the way. I cannot thank Flavio and his assistant enough for their professionalism, patience and care. Best dental clinic around - I've tried different ones in the area, the team at Beechview are by FAR the best! I initially went there several years ago as they offered Saturday appointments at the time, they no longer do, but I'd rather take time off from work than go anywhere else. I rang Beachview as an emergency and was seen by Dr Alex straight away, I got an examination and a date for the two teeth extraction, I rang the day before the scheduled time and asked to get it done earlier and was rescheduled a day earlier without any hassle and it was performed by Dr Adriana , I had a little bit of anxiety going in here because of previous experiences with other dentists but Dr Adriana was fantastic from the moment I walked in herself and her colleague were brilliant. I am now three days after the two teeth extraction. I’m in no pain it’s healing well and if needed I will be back from the start to finish very professional and courteous, from the moment you walk in to the dentistry the girls at the reception we’re very professional and helpful, just an all-round great and professional place.. thank you very much everyone that works at beechview
