Thought I’d leave a good review due to looking through them and being filled with dread. My experience with my daughter was excellent. Very friendly staff efficient and got a diagnosis and help on the day. The receptionist and dr was great considering I made a massive mistake by shown up on the wrong day (a week early). Thank you Allview

Had a bad experience with this service. While the nurse that took the pictures of my issues was very kind and empathic, which made me feel initially optimistic about the process, during the follow-up call I personally felt like a number, not like a patient to take care of. My main reason for seeking dermatological services wasn’t acne, but since I had three places on my body that I could get checked, I also asked them to review recurring acne on my face expecting to be at least prescribed some tests to complete before a prescription. Antibiotics were prescribed to me for 5 months without any kind of test. This felt very drastic compared to the issue I was presenting. If this (+ ointment) did not work, taking Roaccutane would have been my only option moving forward according to the call. Side effects of this medicine were explained to me in the call which only made me feel scared, anxious and uncomfortable, especially since this medicine wasn’t prescribed yet to me. It felt like the outcome of the process had already been decided ahead of time / the in person consultation / tests and that the prescription was just a ‘standard procedure’ to apply to all those who asked for their acne to be reviewed. I decided to not proceed with these treatments and see if other issues were at play first. My skin has improved since the visit thanks to other, not so invasive, treatments. Overall, this seems overpriced and it felt very impersonal - I kind of expected some degree of impersonality given the process but not to this extent.

This is the worst service ever, i went to the appointment and asked 2 simple questions, they called me back just to tell me they were referring me somewhere else, but they sent a treatment that i told them i cant take, none of my questions was addressed. I have been trying to contact them back but they dont get in touch, this is a waste of money and i dont even know how VHi is associated with them

I find this very disappointing. I paid €300 to consult dermatologists who, in my view, should be well-prepared to address a simple skin case like mine. Yet, the diagnosis information I was given is something I could have easily found through a simple Google search. I regret using the AllView service. It’s disheartening that dermatologists appear unfamiliar with something as basic as acne scarring, when I was able to find more relevant information on my own online. Horrible service, it even looks like a scam...

Such a TERRIBLE experience at AllView Healthcare! I paid €300 for a consultation and skin photos, hoping to finally get some real help with my skin. I went in, explained everything I'd already tried, all the lotions and treatments that just didn't work. Two weeks later, I get a phone call, and they're telling me to try… the exact same stuff I already said didn't work! Seriously? It felt like they hadn't listened to a word I said. And that doctor's appointment? Never happened! Honestly, it felt like a complete waste of money. I walked away feeling like they didn't care about me as an individual, just another payment. If you're looking for personalised care, I'd suggest looking elsewhere. These guys are scammers!

This was one of the worst services I’ve ever experienced from beginning to end. They want 309 euro up front to secure a place. I went in and I was the only client in the building (not a good sign). I told an assistant what the problem was and she took some notes. Couldn’t get me out of the room quick enough. Got the results weeks later and it was a 1 and half page document with generic advice on it. I had a tw minute phone call prior to receiving the written results and the lady was very rude and had no interest in answering any questions. She cut me off after 2 mins. This is a TOTAL scam, a waste of hard earned money. How this type of service is available is shocking. Avoid at all costs.

Had an excellent experience with AllView Healthcare. Was seen very promptly and Rebecca gave me great information on the procedure ahead. The procedure itself was carried out very professionally and the two nurses Grainne and Cathy were very helpful and kept me informed of what was going on throughout. At the end I was given good advice on aftercare and given everything I needed. The facility itself was very clean and had a relaxed atmosphere. Highly recommended this practice. Thanks Rebecca and team!

So, I went to them and did not see a dermatologist but only the nurse. For anyone who does not know that's how they operate. The nurse takes detailed photo's and they are then assesed by a dermatologist. You are rang within a month to be informed of the results. I didn't really have an issue with this as the nurse was great and took as much detail as possible. However, I did have an issue with the call made from the dermatologist with the results. It was completely rushed and the woman spoke way too fast trying to get the call over as quick as possible, I felt like I was a hinderence to her on the phone and she wanted off the call sooner rather than later. I Tried to ask some questions but got spoke over. When I finally did I was told to revert them to my own GP. Dismal commucication skills to be honest. I paid over 300 euro and should be entitled to feel comfortable asking some questions. And to sum up what I actually got from this process? Nothing really to be honest except for a cash deficet in my bank account. They could only tell me what I already knew and prescribed mostly what I have already tried. Disappointing to say the least. If your'e a young medical student, please don't go into dermatology. Choose an area where you can actually make a difference.
