Excellent customer service!! Despite some circumstances outside of the salon’s control, they had to reschedule my appointment, but Jess was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to fit me in (pretty sure even staying past opening hours.) I really appreciated the effort and care. My acrylic nails are absolutely brilliant — beautifully done and exactly what I wanted. Amazing service, thank you Jess! 💅✨
