I visited Ailesbury Clinic Dublin almost two weeks ago to treat the syringomas and other skin issues I had around my eyes, a concern I had lived with for years but had avoided addressing out of fear and lack of information. They had become bothersome over time, so I finally decided to seek help (and I am incredibly glad I did).
Dr. Divya Gautam provided me with all the information I needed from the very beginning. She explained the procedure in detail, what results I could expect, and the timeline for recovery, all based on her extensive experience. Thanks to her guidance, I decided to proceed with the laser treatment, a technique she clearly has a high level of expertise in.
During the entire procedure, she was attentive to how I felt, checking in constantly to ensure I was comfortable. After the treatment, she gave me clear aftercare instructions and reassured me about what to expect in the following days and weeks. She even followed up afterward to monitor my healing and results, which turned out exactly as she had predicted.
Her professionalism, empathy, and genuine care for her patients truly made a difference.
I fully recommend Ailesbury Clinic Dublin, I have no doubt the whole team is excellent, but I especially want to highlight Dr. Gautam’s exceptional work. Thanks to my great experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to return if I ever needed to.

I couldn’t recommend Dr. Patrick and his team enough. He was truly incredible and helped my husband when he was at his absolute lowest with his eczema. Dr. Patrick showed such genuine care, compassion, and patience. He gave us so much of his time and made us feel truly supported when we didn’t know where else to turn. His team checked in every second day and they went above and beyond in every possible way to make sure my husband got the help he needed. We’re endlessly grateful for everything he did for us!
I went to ailesbury clinic in August of 2025. I was prescribed 2 medications for inflamed skin. These medications turned out to be not compatible with one another and as a result i suffered minor kidney failure. I was rushed to the ER. I suffered from acute tubular necrosis and 1 kidney failure. I urge anyone to stay as far away from this place as possible.

From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and safe. The staff were warm, and Dr. Treacy took the time to understand my concerns before recommending a treatment. I had dermal fillers done, and the outcome was incredibly natural. Easily the best clinic experience I’ve had in Dublin.
I’m very lucky to have known Dr. Treacy for years and wanted to share my trust in his care. He’s not only a great professional in his field but also someone i consider a close friend. Recently, my son had a sebaceous cyst removed at the clinic, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Dr. Treacy made him feel completely at ease, and helped to alleviate the discomfort he was experiencing. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my family’s care. Highly recommend !
I visited this clinic about a month ago. I had an appointment with a dermatologist — the doctor was very kind and friendly. However, apart from diagnosing a wart and suggesting its removal, I unfortunately didn’t think to ask how much it would cost, and the doctor also didn’t inform me. At the reception, I was surprised to find out that I had to pay €150 for removing a small wart. I did not expect such a high price for such a minor procedure, and I was disappointed by this experience.
The doctor also recommended a shampoo for my issue, but it didn’t help — in fact, it made my condition worse. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic. Perhaps other people have had a better experience here, but that was not the case for me.
Update: I originally mentioned €150 because I was aware of the consultation fee, but I did pay €300 in total. I also find the clinic’s reply unprofessional — instead of trying to understand the situation, they simply claimed I was wrong, which to me confirms the lack of customer orientation.
I recently had a procedure done by Dr. Patrick Treacy at Ailesbury Clinic, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The care and professionalism shown by the staff were top-tier from beginning to end. Dr. Treacy is a true expert—he listened closely to my concerns, gave me clear advice, and delivered results that look amazing but completely natural. The clinic has a very modern feel and is run with great attention to detail. I left feeling not only refreshed but genuinely looked after. If you're thinking of aesthetic treatments, this is the place to go. Highly recommended!
