Egész életemben sokat szenvedtem a rossz fogaimmal. Az utóbbi években már sajnos kivehető protézist kellett hordanom.
Ez nagyon kellemetlen volt, nem is igazán tudtam megszokni, ezen szerettem volna változtatni.
Az elmúlt 3 évben több fogorvosnál jártam, de nem vállalták az implantálást, mivel kevés a csontállományom.
Egy ismerősöm ajánlotta Dr. Heintz Renátát, ezután kerestem fel a doktornőt. Az első konzultáción elvégezték a szükséges vizsgálatokat és a doktornő megállapította, hogy megoldható az implantáció.
Nagyon bíztam benne, hogy ezzel sikerül szép fogakat kapnom és végre elfelejthetem a kivehető protézist. Félelmet nem éreztem, nagyon szimpatikus és kedves volt a doktornő, biztatott, hogy nem lesz semmi probléma, így biztos kezekben éreztem magam.
A legpozitívabb élményem az volt, hogy a megbeszélt, reggel 9 órás időpont után volt a 3 órás műtét, ezután megebédeltem, kávéztam, miközben a fogtechnikus csinálta az ideiglenes fogsoromat és délután 5 órakor már az új
fogsorral a számban távoztam. Hihetetlen, de igaz, hogy egy napig sem voltam fogsor nélkül.
Nagyon hálás vagyok a doktornőnek, hogy elvállalt és megoldotta a problémámat. Az egész klinika nagyon profi és kulturált, az asszisztensek kedvesek és segítőkészek.

I recently had biomimetic technique fillings done with Daniel at FirstDent, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the aftercare, the level of attention and professionalism has been second to none.
Adrienn, in particular, deserves a special mention—not only for her attentiveness throughout my journey with the practice, but also for the genuine warmth she showed. It truly felt like we became friends along the way, and her presence made the whole experience feel personal and comforting.
The entire team at FirstDent was incredibly welcoming and went the extra mile to make sure I felt calm and relaxed during treatment. Even though I live in London, I would not hesitate to return to Budapest just to receive their outstanding care again.
My mother, who accompanied me on this trip, was so impressed by the facilities and atmosphere that she decided to undergo treatment as well. Once again, Adrienn offered support that felt more like that of a family member than a consultant.

From the 1st meeting in London through to having the treatment in Budapest the staff went above and beyond what you would normally expect from a dentist. Different options were explained to me and the choices left to me for a decision. Budapest is also a nice city to visit, flights and Hotels very good value for money. Everyone has said I look a new man and can now smile without being self conscious. Wish I had done it years earlier. Altogether a good experience, and not something normally said about going to the dentist.
I am leaving Budapest today following my treatment for an old root canal and a new crown being made and fitted. The service was 5 star from the first moment that Adrienn contacted me, to my first consultation in London and the treatment in three sessions in a week in Budapest.
Adrienn provided options for accommodation of all budgets and we used the driver Adrienn suggested called George, for collecting us and taking us to the airport and also taking me to and from my appointments. All very reasonably priced.
I was very sceptical about having the dental work completed but it was worth every penny.
I had the quote following my consultation in London and there was no hidden extras or add ons. The bill was exactly what I was quoted when I paid at my last appointment.
In fact I paid less for flights, accomodation and spending money as well as the treatment than I was quoted simply for the treatment alone in London.
The staff were simply amazing and so friendly. I even had a personal call from Adrienn following my last appointment to check that everything was ok. Great customer service.
I couldn't recommend this highly enough if you need dental work completed but the price is just too high in the UK.
Budapest is well worth visiting as well.
I’m really pleased I chose Firstdent for my treatment . It can be a daunting experience when you take the plunge and decide to go abroad for implants but I have absolutely no regrets . The staff are so professional and friendly ,no hidden charges I paid exactly what I was quoted. I absolutely love Budapest and the people and will be returning annually for my check ups. Very pleased with my implants and I was amazed how many fellow Brits I met at the surgery. I would recommend anyone to go to Firstdent for treatment.
All of my expectations were exceeded with the treatment and care provided by Firstdent. From the free consultation in London, through to the treatment in Budapest, it was absolutely seamless. Adrienn is fantastic in communicating every detail, every step of the way, from the dental plan/procedures to helping with accommodation and transfers in Budapest. The diligence, care and skill of the dental practitioners (I had both Renata and Victoria) is outstanding, they don't complete until you are totally satisfied. Renata is clearly very experienced and expert in dental implants. Viktoria is also brilliant. The whole team is fantastic too; I was completely put at ease. Everything is on-site, including CT scanner, digital impression scanner, 3D printer for creating moulds. The lab is also on site. It was the London clinic assessment that attracted me to Firstdent. Another Budapest clinic wanted me to commit to several thousand pounds of treatment and a 3 day stay in Budapest without seeing me first. I would recommend Firstdent to anyone needing implants!
I’ve had quite severe problems with my teeth for quite some time and they were only getting worse. So I needed some help but knew that I would never be able to afford a full mouth restoration in the UK. So during lockdown I did a lot of research to find a good dentist abroad and came across Firstdent who offer monthly consultations in London, which to me was a big plus.
So after some trepidation (I’ve got a real phobia when it comes to dentists) I made an appointment in London where I saw the chief dentist Dr. Renata Heintz and Adrienn who acts pretty much as a patient coordinator/manager. Both were really friendly and professional when discussing my treatment options (after I had my x-ray done), which were then emailed to me a few days later with all the costs, materials, etc.
I was extremely pleased to find out that the options listed were well within my budget and I went ahead and made my first trip to Budapest and was picked up at the airport by George, the designated driver, who will not only pick you up at the airport but will also drive you to your dental appointments.
On my first visit I stayed for a week and had numerous procedures ranging from extractions to bone graft/implants and fitting of my temporary teeth all performed by amazing dentists.
I had to go back to Budapest twice more and finally got my permanent set of teeth this month, fitted by my dentist Dr Viktoria Kardos who is truly a perfectionist and who, together with the dental technicians, is responsible for my new and much improved smile. I really can’t thank them enough for the work they have done. My teeth look really great and they have improved my life significantly and given me a real confidence boost.
Also, special thanks have to go to Adrienn, who will not only help you organise your trip but will always go out of her way to answer any questions/concerns you might have regarding your treatment. She will always make sure that you are comfortable throughout your dental journey.
To summarise, I can highly recommend this dental practice. Everybody is very welcoming and professional and the quality of the dental work speaks for itself. I definitely had a very positive experience, so much so that after my first 2 visits to Budapest my partner has also decided to have his smile improved by Firstdent and is very happy with the result thus far.
