I recommend against this service. TLDR- they’re absolutely disingenuous in their advertising and their providers will say whatever it takes to get you signed up, then the service is essentially a series of YouTube videos with a heart monitor.
Anyway, if you don’t want to be thrown about 600 dollars in bills (I was billed for three sessions after only attending onboarding and canceling my upcoming sessions in a timely manner) seriously avoid this. This is absolute Bay Area wellness slop. Do not sign up for this service and do not trust their providers when they say that your company “has access”
If i could give less than 1 star, I would. I found this company through Harvard Pilgrim.
This is, at best, a grossly incompetent practice, and at worst a predatory practice meant to prey on desperate people looking for help.
The structure of the program is very much like the numerous corporate workplace training videos I have taken in my life where you watch a video, answer a few questions and then do an activity before moving to the next subject. It is a very "One Size Fits All" approach.
It is literally just a series of "mindfulness" videos that do absolutely nothing. Go watch them on YouTube because at least there, that pseudoscience slop is free.
You dont meet with a therapist. They text you 1-2 times a day.
One of the worst program. Just useless videos and the therapist wants to zoom in hardly once a.month. You have to beg for the appt with a zoom in session with a therapist. Please don't join this program. Your mental health will go down if you attend this program.
It is more aggravating dealing with AI videos and learn on your own. Please don't join this program
