I went to Hammas Mehiläinen Forum for a dental cleaning procedure. I was called in the room almost 10 minutes later than the booked timeslot. I tried to have a discussion about it, but, again it seemed that she was in quite a rush and basically pushing me out. The day after, I called the customer service to try and find a solution, but they were not able to help me and told me that they would have the Forum practice call me back at the latest the following day. That was a week ago, and there was no call. I understand that sometimes these procedures can take longer, and that there can be unforeseen delays. But I don't think it is fair for a customer to pay two appointments when one was delayed, and the follow up would require a shorter time to finish. And, in any case, there was no help from the customer service and no follow up whatsoever. Considering what dental care costs, I don't think this is acceptable. I will switch to a different practice.
