⚠️ Advarsel – hold jer langt væk fra Tandlægen.dk ⚠️
Jeg bestilte et helt almindeligt tandeftersyn til 695 kr., men endte med en regning på over 2.200 kr. uden at jeg på noget tidspunkt blev informeret om ekstra ydelser eller givet samtykke til det.
Da jeg gjorde opmærksom på det og stillede spørgsmål til regningen, blev jeg mødt med en truende og ubehagelig tone – og fik endda trusler om rykker og inkasso, hvis jeg ikke betalte hele beløbet.
Det her er fuldstændig uacceptabelt adfærd fra en virksomhed, der skal udvise tillid og professionalisme. Man går til tandlægen med tillid – ikke for at blive snydt og presset økonomisk.
Jeg advarer på det kraftigste andre mod at bruge Tandlægen.dk. Find en anden tandlæge, der har respekt for deres patienter og som ikke driver forretning på denne måde.
I went to the dentist only to get an X-ray of one tooth, but they charged me for a full consultation even though the dentist didn’t examine me at all — they just took the X-ray. On top of that, the X-ray wasn’t even focused on the tooth I asked for.
A friend of mine who went to the same clinic received a link to download their X-ray, but I was told that wasn’t possible. Instead, they just took photos of the screen with my phone and gave me a poor-quality paper copy.
In the end, it cost me 469 DKK, even though an X-ray is supposed to be only 172 DKK. I’m giving 3 stars because the staff were friendly, but the experience was disappointing overall.
