De glemte lige at informere om at man selv skal have lagen med.. meget mærkeligt at man ikke kan facilitere et rent lagen eller papir til kunderne med de priser..
Bortset fra det så var behandlingen utilfredsstillende.
Behandleren Foreslog at jeg fik en tid hos een af hendes kollegaer, da hun var usikker på diagnose og ikke havde erfaring med den påkrævede behandling..
Det skulle jeg i så fald betale igen for..
Jeg havde specifikt bedt om en meget erfaren behandler..
Man tror det er løgn..
Efter at have fået en henvisning fra min egen læge, blev jeg henvist til behandling hos Per. Per er en yderst behagelig person og en fin behandler. Dog har der været gentagne tilfælde, hvor han er kommet for sent eller kaldt mig ind alt for sent i forhold til min bookede tid. Jeg har forsøgt at påpege dette flere gange, men desværre har der ikke været meget forståelse eller samarbejde fra receptionistens side.

I had a horrifying experience at Borgergade Fysiq, specifically with physiotherapist Thomas Martensson. I went in for a knee issue, but instead of focusing on that, he performed a forceful spinal manipulation (crack) without my consent, without warning, and without proper preparation.
🔴 NO CONSENT: Thomas never explained what he was about to do. He never asked for my permission before suddenly applying extreme force to my spine.
🔴 NO WARM-UP OR PREPARATION: Any skilled professional knows that a patient needs to be properly prepared and relaxed before such a risky procedure—he did neither. A patient coming for a physiotherapist treatment shouldn't be manipulated with a crack !
🔴 LACK OF SKILL & NEGLIGENCE: He failed the first attempt, then tried again with even more force while I was tense and unprepared. The result? I have been in severe pain, unable to move properly for weeks.
This is not professional physiotherapy—this is reckless and harmful practice. Avoid this clinic at all costs! If you value your health and safety, do NOT trust Thomas Martensson with your body.
