Such a smooth and efficient experience with Beauty in Prague! From day one, the communication was excellent, they answered all my questions clearly and quickly and provided responses from the clinic for questions I had about surgery. They took care of everything, including free taxi rides to and from the airport and the clinic, making the whole trip completely stress-free. The clinic itself was modern and state-of-the-art. The medical staff were excellent, spoke great English, and provided an incredibly efficient service with minimal waiting times and no surprises. Angelika was effectively my personal assistant and she was absolutely amazing, guiding me through every single step. If you are thinking about booking eye surgery in Prague, I highly recommend them!
Hi,hi can't fault the service at Beauty in Prague. A dedicated coordinator arranged and paid for all taxis to and from airport and clinic. Eye tests on first day only took an hour then had a free day before being booked in for op on third day. Everything went smoothly, had drops put in eyes to dilate and anaesthetise, then given a relaxing pill. Then into theatre and each eye only took about 10 mins. No pain at all during surgery. Straight after surgery right eye was perfect, left was a little cloudy and scratchy for a few hours. Next morning both eyes pretty much perfect. Day 4 had a check up and was cleared to fly home. No problem driving home from airport and I'm now typing this review without glasses which I've needed for years. Would definately recomend Beauty in Prague. First class service, a nice city break and a good saving over uk prices.
Was a bit apprehensive before I arrived at the clinic, but Angelica met me from the taxi and from that point forward I received first class service through my examination ,consultation, surgery and follow-up checks.
The eye clinic is state of the art and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I had lens replacement surgery at Beauty in Prague and the whole experience was excellent. The treatment itself was very straightforward and quick, and all the pre-surgery testing was thorough, giving me complete confidence. The surgeon provided reassurance throughout, which made the process extremely relaxing. Absolutely amazing is beauty in Prague from communication right through to surgery which was impressive and all staff so helpful. If you want to leave your glasses behind forever this is the place to go and I would highly recommend them. The minute I arrived for my treatment I was treated amazingly and they organise taxis to and from airport plus pick ups from hotel to there clinic which is state of the art.
Beauty in Prague were amazing from start to finish. All transfers to and from the airport and hospital were arranged by my patient coordinator Petra, who kept me updated at all times.
The pre op assessment was very thorough, with explanations about everything that was happening throughout. The nurses and doctors were also very willing to answer and questions that I had.
The day of the surgery was a was much the same with nurses available for any concerns that I had. The lens replacement procedure was very quick lasting 20-30 minutes for both eyes, the prep for the surgery actually took longer. The surgeon talked me through everything that was happening for the duration of the surgery.
The post op examination was very straightforward and helped reassure me that everything had gone to plan, again any questions I had were explained and answered.
All of the staff at the hospital spoke very good English which helped to alleviate any fears I had. Overall, I would 100% recommend Beauty in Prague for lens replacement surgery to anyone considering having this treatment done.

I researched Beaty in Prague before making any contact, from my first email I knew I was going with the right company to have my vision corrected.
Thursday before I flew out on the Sunday I had an email conformation for the Airport pick up and a detail schedule for the week.
Landed on Sunday evening and airport driver was there waiting and he even gave us an history lesson on Prague and its sights as we drove to the hotel.
Monday morning and another message from Petra at Beauty in Prague, this time with the driver details picking me up for the eye examination.
met at the clinic by Petra ( Beauty in Prague Translator and my assistant for treatment ), she filled me in on the morning schedule and what to expect, couple of hours later and Petra was putting me back in the taxi for my journey back to the hotel.
Monday afternoon and Tuesday was my time for sight seeing and what a great place Prague is to explore.
Wednesday and again Petra had organised a taxi to collect me from my hotel and take me to the clinic. The process was relaxed, surgeon was professional and very informative on the procedure and what you could expect during and after, Then taxi back to the hotel. Vision was blurry due to the eyedrops and anesthetic, but all was manageable and within 4 hrs I was watching TV and went out for a bite to eat.
Thursday morning Back to the clinic by taxi as arranged by Petra, 30mins for eyedrops and eye test and scan to ensure everything had gone to plan, if you have any concerns at this point over your vision or the procedure then speak up, the doctors are here to address any of your concerns.
Taxi back to hotel, with a complimentary box of chocs, so Thursday afternoon back out sight seeing and exploring Prague.
Email confirmation from Petra for the Airport transfer on Friday and yes that went without a hitch.
The experience and professionalism from Petra, staff, medical team and surgeon in my opinion is what gives Beauty in Prague the reputation it deserves and this 5 star rating.
Just in case you are wondering, I wrote this review on Sunday, 4 days after the surgery and its such a pleasure not have to worry about wearing glasses or putting in my contact lenses to do so.
