Jaren geleden zijn we hier voor het eerst terechtgekomen voor een operatie aan het pootje van onze windhond. We werden toen zeer professioneel en vriendelijk geholpen door een specialist.
Afgelopen weekend (zondag) hadden we een spoedgeval met het oogje van ons hondje. Ook dit keer werden we vriendelijk ontvangen en snel en deskundig verder geholpen. Tot onze verrassing kregen we zelfs een paar dagen later een telefoontje om te vragen hoe het inmiddels ging met het oogje – dat getuigt van echte betrokkenheid.
Een absolute aanrader. Heel erg bedankt voor de goede zorgen!
Ik ben op de verkeerde dag toegekomen omdat ik me vergist had. Maar ze hebben toch iemand kunnen vinden die mijn kat onderzoekt. De jonge arts heeft zich heel veel tijd genomen, en heeft alles super uitgelegd. Verzorging van mijn kat was top. Heel vriendelijk iedereen ook.
Fantastische dierenkliniek, met echt de beste zorgen voor de dieren, je voelt dat elke persoon die daar werkt, dat met zijn hart doet. Van de eerste tot de laatste persoon die ik ben tegengekomen (ook de attente poetsvrouw), allemaal mensen met een hart én heel deskundig. Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat het is doordat ik bij hen terechtkwam, dat mijn kat (na een val van 4 verdiepingen en inwendige bloedingen) het toch heeft gehaald. Hij werd constant gemonitord, kreeg een noodoperatie door de super competente chirurg (en hoofd van de kliniek) en ze gingen zelfs zo ver om het bloed opnieuw in de bloedbaan te brengen voor een beter herstel.
Deze mensen zijn goud waard!
Kennis van zaken. Ook knaagdieren.
Vriendelijk, snelle afspraken met weinig of geen afwijking van afgesproken uur.

It took a long time until I decided to leave a review about my experience with Vetocambre, and I am finally sure that it’s the right thing to do.
I have been bringing my cat to this clinic for years, and I have always had good experiences. However, the clinic kept having a very quick turnover of vets, making it impossible to have one practitioner dedicated to my cat and with whom I could build trust over time.
I decided to withdraw from the clinic following what I believe was a very big mistake / negligence on their side: my cat was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism, based on incomplete and unthoroughly made blood tests. I was advised that medicine is the only solution, and therefore I started giving my cat said substance, which made him very ill and badly reactive to it. Even though the vets confirmed he has a side reaction from the medicine, they insisted I keep giving it to him.
I am happy I didn’t take their advice and kept looking online at other solutions. I found out alone that there are other ways to treat hyperthyroidism, which were never shared with me by the vets (the clinic doesn’t provide the alternative solutions in question). When asking punctually the vet about the other solutions I found online, they just nonchalantly answered “yes, indeed, you can also do that, it’s the golden standard treatment for this condition”….
I have redone all the tests with a different clinic after all, only to find out that my cat never had hyperthyroidism in the first place.
It was very disappointing to go through this experience at a clinic where I had been a very loyal customer, and to end up being advised so poorly and disinterestedly.
The people at the reception desk are super lovely and the clinic indeed is very well equipped, in case of emergencies, but I personally lost all trust.
Such a beautiful vets. Professional, thorough, and a stunning space. They sorted our dog’s AHC for returning to the UK and updated his French passport with the rabies booster, documenting everything properly. Communication was quick and easy, and there were no issues with language at all.
All of this, including the health certificate, came to under €80. Great value for the level of care. The location is really convenient, right in central Brussels. We’ll definitely use them again next time we’re back.
