I’ve had nothing but all great experiences at Shape Care Mons! The owners, Dominika and Martyna, are very knowledgeable and really take the time to listen to me as a patient. All the staff are fantastic and I would definitely recommend to anyone.

Ich mache seit Monaten 2 mal die Woche "corrective exercise" bei Abe. Sehr, sehr gut, sehr kompetent sorgt Abe mit seinen Übungen für mehr Beweglichkeit und für die Kräftigung der Muskulatur. Das Buchenvdes Kurses ist etwas imständlich. Seit Beginn des Jahres habe ich zusätzlich Personal Training mit Abe.
