Zeer negatieve ervaring. Afspraak geboekt bij Dr Bevernage. Op het tijdstip van m'n afspraak waren er nog een 4tal patienten voor me die in totaal op een 30tal minuten weer buiten waren. Na een val en een bezoek aan de spoedafdeling in een ziekenhuis ben ik hier terecht gekomen om mijn voet te laten onderzoeken na blijvende klachten. Een snelle blik op de scans geworpen, mij op nog geen 10 minuten naar huis gestuurd met compleet verkeerd advies. Ik mocht van de dokter kinesitherapie volgen, het sporten hervatten en een brace aanschaffen. 3 weken lang met enorm veel pijn rondgelopen. Een andere dokter bezocht die een breuk, die duidelijk zichtbaar was, heeft vastgesteld op de eerste scans die ook door Dr Bevernage vluchtig waren bekeken. Ik begrijp niet goed hoe dit kan. Waarom een specialist bezoeken en vertrouwen, als deze zijn werk binnenin zijn vakgebied niet serieus neemt. Nadien ook geen reactie meer van Dr Bevernage. Wel kostelijk, de onnodige brace, de kinesessies, de verlengde revalidatieduur, en een tarief in hun praktijk dat duidelijk niet in verhouding staat met de diensten die ze bieden. Foot and Ankle institute, maar geen breuk kunnen herkennen op een foto. Absurd dit.
Foot and Ankle Institut zijn TOP spécialisten een echte aanrader. Dokter Goubou Laurent is echt een bekwame arts met goede inzicht om juiste diagnose te stellen. Ik kan ervan meespreken want andere spécialist zag niets met alle gevolgen van dien..... Ik heb spijt dat ik niet meteen bij Dr Goubou ben geweest. Een goude raad neemt meteen van de eerste keer een goede spécialist en ga nooit naar Gasthuisberg Leuven want daar ben je nummer en ze zien niets op hun eigen beeldmateriaal.
Bij foot and Ankel Institute ben je op het juiste adres.

Six months ago, I came to this Foot and ankle Instytitute for foot treatment. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the very friendly receptionists. At every visit (and there have been several), they greet you warmly and make you feel well cared for, even though I'm in pain. I was lucky to be patient of a wonderful doctor, Dr. Devos, who successfully performed surgery on my foot. Today, six months later, I can walk, even dance, and run, and my foot no longer hurts. This entire institute is run by wonderful people who clearly care for their patients with passion and understanding. I hope I never have to go back here, but if I ever need to, I'll only go to this institute. I felt welcomed, well cared for, and most importantly, relieved of my pain. Thank you all. You are wonderful

J'ai consulté dr Devos, ensuite opérée par lui aussi (Delta). Il explique très bien, met en confiance.
Accueil très agréable et professionnel aussi de la part des secrétaires, tant par téléphone que sur place. On n'a pas du tout l' impression de se sentir un numéro comme parfois.
Facile d'accès, parking, c'est joli et lumineux à l'intérieur.
Plusieurs expériences à cette clinique, à l’ancienne adresse et maintenant à Kraainem ; a chaque fois très satisfait.
Je suis étonné de lire ces commentaires négatifs quant aux secrétaires, que je trouve très professionnelles et efficaces. Elles font leur job, comme il faut mais vie sur elle ne parle pas de la pluie et du bon temps, ce n’est pas non plus ce pour quoi elles sont engagées me semble-t-il.
J’ai eu affaire au Dr Malerbe que je trouve consciencieux et très pro.
J’ai également eu affaire au dr Deleu aujourd’hui même et franchement quelle attention, quel connaissance! Je suis enchanté! Et il a trouvé ce que j’avais après des années de recherche!
Bref, entièrement satisfait de cette clinique.
Disappointing and minimum information given to patients, might depend on the Doctor but in my case the surgery date and the hour were changed and came as a surprise. The hour the same morning of the surgery, it put allot of stress on me.
And there is more.
Receptionists seem annoyed if you try to ask more than the minimum.
My Doctor didnt give me even the bare essential info on what to do/ what to expect after the surgery, he checked (by looking for a few seconds at) the bandages and said "see you in 4 weeks".
On top of this, it is an expensive place.
Despite it being a private medical Centre, the services are poor.
I would NOT recommend Foot & Ankle Institute and I DO NOT plan to go back there. Disappointed indeed.
2 opérations assez costaudes et j’ai le bonheur de ne pas avoir eu la cheville bloquée! Très professionnel, le Dr Devos est excellent… je le conseille les yeux fermés!
Je me suis présenté dans cette institut sur recommandation de Clémence de le croix ...ma doctoresse .... Au début ...un peu sceptique ...j ai rencontré le docteur Devos ....très cash, très pro... Très sympa ...il va droit au but et par rapport a la pathologie qui avait été diagnostiquée et erronée dans une autre clinique n étant pas spécialisée dans cette pathologie ... Mais Doc Devos oui et il m a rassuré et maint .nous savons vers quoi nous partons .... Un immense merci a ce docteur ....(Devos)...très très très pro....merci ...dans un cabinet très accueillant...les secrétaires,sont très réceptives, polies, efficaces... J ai lu plusieurs avis négatifs en dessous ... J écrit se poste en trouvant les négatifs pas justifié... Il y a des règles de politesse et de savoir vivre en communauté, les docteurs et secrétaires respectent tous les critères en plus d être drôles et sympas .... 💚🩵💙♥️🧡De nouveaux bureaux plus facile d accès ... Rien a redire
