-Ik werd gevraagd 20 min eerder te komen, maar vervolgens laten ze me 30 min wachten zonder opmerking/excuus.
- De uitleg die gegeven werd na 3 min onderzoek was heel snel en onduidelijk, toen ik navroeg of ik alles goed begrepen had, kreeg ik een zeer onaardige reactie
- Bij het weggaan zou ik een doorverwijzing krijgen voor 2x bloedprikken en een voorschrift voor medicijnen. Bij thuiskomst bleek ik 1x bloed en geen voorschrift te hebben
- Teruggebeld om uitleg te vragen en ze zeiden dat ze het door zou geven aan de dermatologie
- Ik ben teruggebeld door het secretariaat die zeiden dat ik mijn vraag in een e mail moest sturen
Ik geef het op en ga naar een ander adres !
Tot nu toe zeer tevreden over de epilatie behandelingen met lasertechniek die ik heb laten doen! Je wordt altijd zeer vriendelijk verder geholpen en het is er zeer netjes. Enige werkpuntje is dat het vrij moeilijk is ze te bereiken om een afspraak te maken of te verplaatsen. Daarom maak ik de volgende afspraak telkens ter plekke.

The. front desk staff was very courteous . It was my first visit with them and was lucky to secure an appointment by a dermatologist in the next few days, while I am used to wait for weeks back home.

The doctor who saw me was very gentle with the needles, and helped me to make decisions with the skin problems I am facing.

The place is really nice and clean ant the team of doctors and receptionists are very professional. The only thing is that sometimes one of the receptionists doesn-t understand that you really need to see the doctor and she insists on the type of appointment you want to have and unless you tell her, she doesnt give you an appointment. I understand that they have different timing for the different procedures, but sometimes it can be urgent for the patient to talk to the doctor, no matter if they only have appointments allocated for a laser procedure and no more appointments are available for follow-ups. So one has to be a bit understanding, go around the rules and make an appointment so that the patient sees the doctor and solves their issue and this has to be on a case by case situation. But for the rest, all is ok and I highly recommend their practice and the doctors.
