Dr. Dorra Ben Salem is very professional, friendly, and patient. I had all four of my wisdom teeth removed. There was no pain or inflammation during the recovery period. Great medical ethics and amazing skills!
I went to this clinic for an internship opportunity, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing.
First, I had been told I had an appointment, but upon arrival I was made to wait about half an hour, only to be told it was actually considered an “interview.” Regardless of terminology, I expected at least a professional setup. Instead, the interview was conducted in front of a paying patient at the secretary’s desk. This meant that all of my personal details were shared in front of a stranger, which made me feel very uncomfortable and disrespected.
The interaction itself was unprofessional — the staff member conducting the interview seemed unprepared and dismissive. At one point, another staff member (who I believe was the doctor) came over, did not introduce himself, and simply looked at me before leaving. The entire atmosphere was unwelcoming, and I left feeling as though I was judged based on factors unrelated to my qualifications.
Overall, this was the most unprofessional experience I have ever had in a clinical setting. I would not recommend this clinic to others, whether as a patient or a prospective intern, due to the lack of respect, professionalism, and inclusivity.
