Came here due to the positive reviews and was seen by Doctor Ghozzi. He was courteous, friendly, and informative. I especially appreciated that the staff was diverse and friendly as well. Unprofessional and rude experience. I visited this clinic for a temporary repair (“pansement”) on a broken tooth while my regular dentist was away. I explained that I only needed a short-term solution so I could eat normally for 2 weeks. The dentist treated the tooth and warned me not to eat hard foods. However, only a few hours later, while eating yogurt and a banana (nothing “hard”), the temporary filling came out completely. Because it was a long holiday weekend, it was very difficult to find another emergency dentist, though fortunately I eventually did. When I later called the clinic calmly to discuss the failed treatment and a possible reimbursement as a courtesy gesture, the dentist spoke aggressively and hung up on me. I never had such a bad experience with a professional. Very disappointing and disrespectful behavior. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this clinic.

Très mauvaise communication. Après avoir supprimé un premier avis négatif (absence de réponse téléphonique et par mail en situation urgente), j’ai finalement été recontactée. On m’a alors reproché cet avis et imputé la faute à un rendez-vous manqué en décembre, alors que je m’étais déplacée sur place pour en discuter. Malgré cela, j’ai maintenu le rendez-vous de janvier, notamment parce que j’apprécie beaucoup le dentiste. ✔ SMS de rappel reçu la veille ❌ Le jour J : « On pensait que vous ne viendriez pas, le dentiste n’est pas là » Ni annulation de ma part, ni de la leur… mais aucun rendez-vous assuré. Résultat : déplacement inutile. Dommage, car le dentiste est excellent, mais la gestion administrative est à revoir de toute urgence.
