Though I can’t blame Wellcare for that (probably I was just unlucky), I surely blame them for charging me in the end with an exorbitant amount. This happened on the last day where they asked me (with sloppy and untrue justifications) for an amount which was over twice the amount initially foreseen. Even worse, my Caisse de Maladie refused any reimbursement because the codes used by Wellcare were “pseudocodes”.
