Unfortunately, my recent appointment with another practitioner (Dr. Joachim Gabay) was extremely disappointing and left me distressed. Several aspects felt completely at odds with the respect and attentiveness one should expect from a dental practice: – my medical requests were ignored in favour of unsolicited cosmetic suggestions; – my anxieties were dismissed and made light of; – my clear signs of pain and discomfort during the procedure were minimised; – I was infantilised when I attempted to indicate that I was in pain; – the agreed-upon treatment was not completed in full; – I was then confronted inappropriately in front of other patients. The overall experience was deeply destabilising and forced me, regrettably, to end my care at this clinic. I am sharing this so that other patients (especially those who are anxious or vulnerable) can make an informed decision. Je suis actuellement suivie par le Dr Sukkar en parodontologie/hygiène bucco-dentaire et jusqu’ici je suis super contente.
